Software Purchase Activation Dialog AstroFlat Pro Activation

When you purchase a license, you're provided with a License ID and Password.

The Software Purchase Activation dialog is the place to activate your installation of AstroFlat Pro using this information.

You can Activate Online, Activate Using a Web Browser or Activate Using E-mail.

Your license for AstroFlat Pro entitles you to install this software on up to three (3) computers. The licensee can use the plug-in on any of these computers. Please see our EULA during installation for more detail.

Choose an Activation Method

You can use any one of the following methods to activate AstroFlat Pro although we recommend Online Activation since it is the easiest and fastest way to activate the software.

No matter which method of activation is appropriate for you, the first thing you must do is to enter your License ID into the License ID box of the Software Purchase Activation dialog and enter your Password into the Password box. All of the options listed below will remain disabled (grayed out) until you enter your License ID and Password.

After you purchased AstroFlat Pro, our server displayed an invoice which included the License ID. You should also have received an eMail containing a copy of this invoice including the License ID information.

Your Password is the one that you set when you created your account as part of your license purchase.

Online Activation (Recommended)

Having entered your License ID and Password, click on the [ Activate Online Using Info Above ] button to activate AstroFlat Pro. The dialog will close, and your software is now activated.

Web Browser Activation

If the plug-in cannot access our Activation Server directly using Online Activation, you may be able to activate AstroFlat Pro yourself by using your Web Browser. This can be accomplished by using a computer with access to the Internet.

Click the [ Activate via Your Web Browser ] button. The Activate via Your Web Browser dialog will be displayed and you can start the activation process. The dialog will provide basic instructions on how to perform the activation.

Offline Activation Request via eMail

If the computer on which you installed AstroFlat Pro does not have access to the Internet, it is possible to activate AstroFlat Pro using eMail. This can be accomplished by using a computer with access to the Internet.

Note that, as activation using this method is performed using eMail, it must be handled manually by Support. While we will respond as quickly as possible, there may be some delay before your activation code can be returned to you. Please allow one or two business days for our reply eMail containing your Activation Response.

Click the [ Activate by eMail ] button. The Activate Offline Using eMail dialog will be displayed and you can start the activation process. The dialog will provide basic instructions on how to perform the activation.
