Primary Spike Angle Control

The Angle control, part of the Primary Diffraction Spikes control group, sets the angle of the Primary Spikes as they emanate from the highlight. 0 degrees is considered straight up.

Increasing the Angle rotates the Primary Spikes clockwise around each highlight.
