The StarFilter Pro 4 Update dialog will be presented when a StarFilter Pro 4 check for update determines that a new version of the plug-in has become available for download. The dialog includes a message window which will show you the reason has released the update.

The StarFilter Pro 4 Update dialog will display the current version of your installed software, the version of the new update, and the date that the new version of the plug-in was released.

You may click on the Click Here For More Information About This Release link to bring up a web page that will provide further information about the new plug-in version.

Note that this link will only be present if there is further information available.

Don't Tell Me About This New Version Again checkbox [  ] Don't Tell Me About This New Version Again Checkbox

Check the [  ] Don't Tell Me About This New Version Again checkbox if you don't want to be reminded of this particular update again. You will not receive any further update notifications for this version. You will, however, be notified if a newer version becomes available.

Configure Preferences button [ Preferences ] Button

Click on the [ Preferences ] button to view the Preferences Dialog where you may change the settings for update checks.

Install New Version button [ Install This New Version of StarFilter Pro 4 Now ] Button

Click on the [ Install This New Version of StarFilter Pro 4 Now ] button to cause an installer for the new version to be downloaded and run. The plug-in will exit once the new installer has been started. You should close your image editor prior to installing the new plug-in version.

Dont Install New Version button [ Don't Install ] Button

You may press the [ Don't Install ] button if you don't wish to install the new version at this time. You will be reminded of this update the next time the plug-in checks for software updates.
