To Report A Problem
You can open the Support Request dialog from the Windows Start Menu by selecting All Programs - Prodigital Software -
StarSpikes Pro 4 - Report StarSpikes Pro 4 Problem.
Please provide your eMail address (usually it will be filled-in automatically), type a description of your problem, then click the
[ Send Support Request ] button and your request for support will be securely transmitted to ProDigital Software.
The Support Request dialog may also appear automatically if the plug-in encounters a serious or fatal error. If this occurs,
please take the time to fill in the problem description and send it in. The information gathered at the time of the failure
will allow us to make the product better, benefiting you and others.
Note: If you do not have an internet connection you'll be given the opportunity to save the Support Request cabinet file
to a location of your choosing, so that you can forward it to us via eMail.
