Personal data we gather and hold includes the information you enter when you fill out your customer information form during license purchase, information our payment processor provides about your financial transaction (which does not include credit card or bank account numbers), information our license management system requires, and your eMail communications with us...

• We require that you create a customer account when you first purchase a license. We ask that you provide your eMail, name, address, and telephone number. A unique customer ID is assigned to you. We retain this information on file to facilitate management of your software license(s) for as long as you hold the license(s).
• Completing a financial transaction will result in the gathering and storage by both your financial institution and our payment processor of some identifying information to be used to operate the transaction. • Completing a license purchase causes the transmission of a notification to the folks at ProDigital Software involved with customer support identifying you, describing the product you purchased, your purchase price, and the date and time. This information is retained for future reference to provide you with a pleasant and complete experience should you need customer support.
• When you activate a plug-in product installation, the product interacts with our licensing server to verify your license and issue your activation approval. The communication includes the product ID and version, your License ID and Password, and mathematically derived keys that will uniquely identify your computer system. Once activated, our software will periodically re-verify your license online using encrypted communications and the above information. We retain this information on file to facilitate management of your software license. Our license management processor is Concept Software, Inc. • If you choose to submit a product support request using the features our plug-in products make available to you, your eMail address and technical information about recent runs of the product that may contain your username as part of a disk folder path name are transmitted to ProDigital Software. This information is used to diagnose the problem and respond to you, and is retained as long as required to satisfy the support request.
• If you communicate with us via eMail, we retain this communication on file in order to facilitate a pleasant and complete experience should you need further customer support.

How Do We Process Personal Data?

We process your personal data to manage your software license(s), to help you keep the product software up to date, and to personalize your customer support experience should you request help.

• Only if you have indicated a desire to receive product notifications on your Customer Account page may we contact you using your eMail address with information about our product releases and special offers.
• Only if you have indicated a desire to have it do so in the product Preferences, our plug-in products will regularly check online for updates using the Product ID, version, and your License ID. You will always be asked before any software download takes place.
• Our web site is one of the few that does not use cookes, third party scripts, or seek to track your web surfing habits for profit.

Do We Share Personal Data?

• Only workers at ProDigital Software involved with license management and customer support have access to your personal data.
• Our payment receipt processor, PayPal, and our license management processor, Concept Software, Inc. handle your personal data to perform their duties in payment transactions and account and license management.
• We do not share your personal data with other third parties for other purposes.

What Access Do You Have?

• We provide a web interface through which you can view and correct your personal data.
• You can contact us via eMail with any questions or requests for a copy of your personal data, for rectification of data errors, for erasure, for restriction, or to make an objection to our processing of your personal data.

How Is Personal Data Protected?

• To protect your data from loss or theft, we use high quality data processing equipment and prevent malware and security intrusions on our development and support systems with state-of-the-art anti-malware, firewall, and networking software.
• Our payment and license processors have security and data protection policies in line with our data protection goals.

Do We Collect Personal Data From Children?

• ProDigital Software does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we are notified that we have collected personal data from a child we will promptly delete it. Please contact us if you believe that we have unintentionally collected such information.
