Support RequestThe Support Request dialog allows you to quickly and easily report a problem with AstroFlat Pro to our online Customer Support center. In addition to the problem description you provide, the Support Request will include info logged by the plug-in during its most recent runs. These logs, which describe your CPU / GPU, plug-in operations executed, and failures encountered, will be invaluable for us in finding and correcting the problem. |
To Report A ProblemYou can open the Support Request dialog from the Windows Start Menu by selecting All Programs - Prodigital Software - AstroFlat Pro - Report AstroFlat Pro Problem. Please provide your eMail address (usually it will be filled-in automatically), type a description of your problem, then click the [ Send Support Request ] button and your request for support will be securely transmitted to ProDigital Software. The Support Request dialog may also appear automatically if the plug-in encounters a serious or fatal error. If this occurs, please take the time to fill in the problem description and send it in. The information gathered at the time of the failure will allow us to make the product better, benefiting you and others. Note: If you do not have an internet connection you'll be given the opportunity to save the Support Request cabinet file to a location of your choosing, so that you can forward it to us via eMail. |
Product Version InformationThe Support Request dialog shows the current version of your installed software. This will automatically be reported; you need not type it in. |
eMail AddressEnter an eMail address where ProDigital Software Support can reach you concerning the problem you are reporting. We will send an acknowledgement of your request to this address shortly after we receive it. This is also the address to which we will send any solution we can offer to correct your problem. If your installation has already been activated, your eMail address will be filled in automatically with the address you provided when you purchased the software. Please confirm that this address is still correct and modify it if necessary. |
Open eMail Client LinkYou may click on the Open eMail Client Link link to bring up your eMail program with an empty eMail message addressed to ProDigital Software Support. Note that this link will only be present if the dialog is unable to communicate with our online support server. This could occur if your Internet connection is down. |

[ Send Support Request ] buttonClick the >[ Send Support Request ] button to cause your support request to be sent to ProDigital Software's online Support Server. You should shortly receive an acknowledgement of your request at the eMail address you provided. If, for some reason, the request could not be sent to our online support server, you will be offered the opportunity to save the file containing the request and its associated information. Please save this support request package file and send an eMail to ProDigital Software with this file attached. |
