About Dialog

The About Dialog (sometimes called an "About box") displays information concerning your product such as the product name and version number. It provides some URLs that may be useful if you need support or further information about the product. You can also read the instruction manual for help in installing and using AstroFlat Pro.

Accessing the About Dialog

You can access the About Dialog from the Main Dialog by clicking the [ Help and Support Button ] or the Product Icon.

You may also be able to access the About Dialog from your image editor, even when the plug-in is not running, for example by selecting Help > About Plug-in > AstroFlat Pro in the Adobe® Photoshop® or Adobe® Photoshop® Elements menus. Not all image editors support this.

Online Resources

This portion of the About Dialog includes some useful online resources for AstroFlat Pro.

AstroFlat Pro Web Site takes you to our online web pages for AstroFlat Pro, where you can learn more about the product, and find additional support resources.
Your Account takes you to the login page for our Customer Service Portal where you can access your ProDigital Software Account.
E-Mail for support will launch your mail program and format an eMail message to our support staff. All you have to do is type in your question.

OpenGL Version

To aid in troubleshooting and determining the best settings to use in the Preferences Dialog, the plug-in queries your system and reports the version of OpenGL that is available and which it is using.

[ Preferences ] Button

The [ Preferences ] button will take you to the Preferences Dialog where you can set various product options.
