The first time that you purchase a product using the ProDigital Software Shopping Cart checkout server, an online account will be created for you. You can use this account to access information concerning products you have purchased from our company. For example, if you forget your License ID for one of our products, you can recover it using your online account. You can also retrieve download links.
Your online ProDigital Software account is maintained by SoftwareKey (Concept Software, Inc.) who is our Shopping Cart and licensing services provider. You will be required to provide personal information that will be used for billing and to identify the owner any license purchased from ProDigital Software. This personal information will be retained for as long as the account, and any licenses purchased using that account, continue to exist.
